What about General Fung? That guy has issues. Probably father related (they always are). Or Zuko? He wanted to get struck by lightning.

Well, for that matter, what about Azula? She's the sociopath who sets wild animals on her friends, manipulates her brother, and freaks out her own mother. I think all the other characters (even Jet) have justifications for their psycho tendencies, but Azula...

Those are very good points. But what about Sokka? He dreams about man-eating food. Something's not right with him. Or Ozai? He burnt is own son, and, as far as we know, approves of Azula's actions.

But they still have discernable motives. Ozai's lust for power drives him and he has emotions and sympathy, as we saw in Zuko Alone after Princess Ursa disappeared.
Azula is motivated only by her sadistic tendencies, and so far hasn't shown an once of empathy or vulnerability, not even for Mei or Ty Lee, the latter whom she dangerously manipulated into following her. I really think Azula is easily the most psycho character, even compared to crazy bi-polar Aang. =D

Nope. Aang loses complete control over his body for indefinite amounts of time, and doesn't always remember what happened. His ability to accidently trigger effects similar to those of illegal drugs, without a common stimuli makes him psycho. Azula is just embracing the sadistic tendencies present as the negative to every positive idea she has. It just like when you hold a baby bird in your hands, the positive idea is how you can nuture and protect it, the negative thought, but equally present, is how easily you could crush it. Most people choose to "nuture the bird" in everyday life, Azula just decided she always wants to crush it.

I think the distinction here is between psychopathy and sociopathy. Aang's the biggest psychopath, for sure. Azula's a sociopath, and it's different.
They're both still crazy.

Aha, psychopath shortened is psycho. So he is conclusively the most psycho. I was right! Bwahahaha-cough.
Yeah, they are both crazy.

Psychopath: someone with a sociopathic personality; a person with an antisocial personality disorder (`psychopath' was once widely used but has now been superseded by `sociopath') A person with an antisocial personality disorder, manifested in aggressive, perverted, criminal, or amoral behavior without empathy or remorse Sociopath: A person affected with an antisocial personality disorder.
....they're actually very similar and I'm not so sure that Aang is the psychopathic one.....he's definately more psycho, in a different sense than psychopathic, but, to me, he doesn't seem antisocial.....
