What is with people these days putting names together to name couples?

It makes it shorter. 'Kataang' is much faster to say then 'Katara and Aang'. It is also faster to type.

It may have been a crush at first but after you've known someone for as long as they have it wouldn't be a crush anymore. I could see it happening only because Aang has matured much faster than the average 12 yr old. Romance can lead to anger, anger leads to hate and hate leads to suffering or the dark side, so i guess nighspade is starting the cycle again.

I'm not for Kataang or against it. To me, it's just...there.... It just seems odd to me, cuz I can't imagine them older, and at their age it just doesn't seem......right........for lack of a better term....

Only because of how Katara acts towards Aang, all motherly and stuff.

Except his father couldn't have killed him, because Oedipus killed his father first......

...Oh......well, they did try to kill him. In ancient Greece, when they didn't want a child that they had, they would leave him on a hill top, and if the baby was meant to live, the gods would have another couple find them, which is what happened with Oedipus. Which is why he didn't know that he had married his mother and killed his father.
